About Us
The Foundation is lean and mean—we have over $1 million in the bank, no debt, and minimal expenses.
The Foundation incorporated in October 2002 and we have been working diligently since that time to make the Margaret J. Maclean Animal Shelter and a dog park a reality.
This is the first capital fund drive for animals in the history of Great Falls. Over 1000 businesses and individuals have donated to the project including school children who have had bake sales or contributed their babysitting money.

Pam Guschausky is partner at the accounting firm Hamilton Misfeldt & Co. She have one grown son, Andrew,two rescued dogs, four rescued cats and two older cats. Trustee since February 2009. www.hamilton-misfeldt.com
John Huber is a financial consultant with D.A. Davidson. He and his wife, Mary, have six children, and a Golden Retriever. Trustee since November 2007. www.dadco.com
Bob James is a partner in the law firm of Ugrin, Alexander, Zadick & Higgins, and has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years. Bob and his wife, Cindy, have five grown children, three cats, and two dogs. Trustee since November 2002. www.uazh.com
Melanie Lattin works for the City of Great Falls and is a dog trainer and provides other canine-related services. She and Matthew Gressard share their home with a cat and three dogs, two of whom are rescued. Trustee since November 2002.
Anne Martinez is an active community volunteer and part-time management consultant specializing in strategic planning. She and her husband Larry have three teenagers, two dogs and two rescued cats. Trustee since March 2010
Stu Nicholson is a former certified financial officer for the Davidson Companies and is currently a trustee for the Great Falls Public Schools. Stu and his wife Janie have six sons. The couple’s home is run by Murphy, a six year old Bichon Frise. Trustee since February 2010
